BBSPA Staffing Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, whatever their ability or technology.
1. Our Commitment
We want everyone — including disabled people and those using assistive technology — to be able to find roles and apply with ease. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build the site, not a one-off.
2. What We Do
We use semantic, structured HTML; we maintain colour contrast for readable text; images that carry meaning have text alternatives; the layout is responsive and works down to small mobile screens; and we are progressively making every interactive control fully operable by keyboard and screen reader, with visible focus and clear labels.
3. Known Limitations
Accessibility is a continuous effort and some areas are still being improved — for example, a small number of interactive controls are being upgraded for full keyboard and screen-reader support, and some embedded third-party content (such as maps or sign-in providers) may not fully meet our standard. If something gets in your way, please tell us and we will help and prioritise a fix.
4. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers. Keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date gives the best experience.
5. Alternative Formats & Help Applying
If you need information in a different format, or would like help completing an application by another route, contact us and we will accommodate you wherever we reasonably can.
6. Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, please describe the page and the problem so we can address it. We aim to respond within five working days.
