- Role Purpose
- The Spa Treatment & Wellbeing Manager will lead all treatment operations, therapist training, wellbeing programming, and guest wellness experiences at the Bath House & Spa.
- This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional treatment standards, developing a high-performing
- therapy team, and ensuring all wellness experiences reflect the innovation, excellence, and hospitality values of BBSPA Group.
- Qualification in Spa or wellness therapy equivalent is essential
- 3-5 years of experience in within a supervisory or management role within a spa environment.
